IT Support Engineer

Kukui IT is seeking a part-time IT Support Engineer to perform on-site installation and support of Windows-based computers and networks in Honolulu County, Hawaii. Responsibilities

• On-site installation and support of Microsoft-based computers and networks.
• Researching and troubleshooting a range of technical issues.
• On-site and off-site software updates and maintenance, including end-user assistance and training.
• Network management and maintenance, including backups and security updates.
• Occasional support for Tablets, iPhones and other smartphones.
• System documentation to keep records current.

Requirements
