Overview

Lutron is seeking service-focused individuals to join our DIY and PRO Technical Support teams at our Annex office in Center Valley, PA. These roles suit people who are passionate about delivering outstanding support and creating exceptional customer experiences. As a member of our team, you’ll provide technical assistance to a wide range of customers—from retail end users to residential and commercial clients—helping them maximize the benefits of Lutron’s lighting and shading solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to current and prospective customers by offering expert guidance on product education, selection, and compatibility, acting as a one-stop solution for their needs.
  • Build strong customer relationships through clear, confident communication and exceptional interpersonal skills that foster trust and satisfaction.
  • Provide calm, reliable support to customers navigating technical challenges, ensuring a smooth and reassuring experience.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex product issues by applying your technical expertise and problem solving skills.
  • Support residential and commercial installations using your knowledge of electrical systems, networking, and system integration.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to share detailed insights and feedback that drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and experiences while expanding your internal network across departments.
  • Think creatively and strategically to develop innovative solutions that address business challenges and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience required; prior troubleshooting experience is a plus
  • Must live within commutable distance of Center Valley, PA to accommodate in-office schedule
  • Willingness and ability to work 12 to 16 weekend shifts per year, with a weekend shift being a Saturday or Sunday (not both)
