Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the Serve, Solve, Sell framework to address needs and close opportunities.
- Complete paid training to prepare for independent field work.
- Develop product knowledge and hands-on sales skills while enhancing communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Receive ongoing coaching and mentoring to support growth and maintain confidence and technical proficiency.
- Conduct pre-scheduled in-home, in-office, or on-site visits to meet and surpass sales targets.
- Deliver exemplary customer service throughout every interaction.
- Apply technical expertise to diagnose and resolve customer issues, delivering clear solutions for varying levels of technical comfort.
- Ensure customers leave with a working resolution and a product aligned with future tech needs.
- Leverage an expanding product portfolio to tailor solutions to individual customers.
- Listen actively to uncover customer needs and position products accordingly.
- Employ strong negotiation and communication skills to pursue accurate outcomes and successful sales.
Requirements
- Comfortable working in a sales environment with clear targets.
- Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record with at least one year of driving experience.
- Proof of valid car insurance (Manhattan excluded).
- Personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles); visits occur in neighborhoods and cities around the inventory warehouse, with a one-way travel distance up to 120 miles.
- Willingness to work a varied five-day week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Personal cellphone to stay informed while on the job.

Pay Rate
