MAKITA is hiring an onsite IT Support Analyst to help keep employees productive through reliable day-to-day technology support. In this role, you will work directly with computer systems, hardware, and software, handling incoming IT requests, troubleshooting issues, and supporting equipment used across the business.
This position is based in Flowery Branch, GA 30542 and supports a work environment that can be quiet and fast-paced while maintaining a focus on continuous learning under high request volume. The role also involves familiarity with common office technology, including computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests related to IT issues.
- Maintain computer systems and provide support if a system goes down.
- Support and maintain PCs, printers, servers, and related equipment such as monitors, keyboards, mice, and hard drives.
- Maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed.
- Assist with onboarding for new users.
- Keep inventory of equipment, software, and user licenses.
- Install, configure, and upgrade PC software.
- Note: this position does not include direct supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications
- General awareness of computer systems, PC repair, and network management.
- Ability to deploy, configure, and support operating systems on Windows.
- Understanding of information security for systems and user devices.
- Customer service and people skills to explain technical issues to non-technical audiences.
- Minimum experience: 2 years.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from a college or university (Information Systems or Computer Science preferred) or equivalent.

Compensation and Benefits
$50,000 - $55,000 per year (USD), plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance options after 30 days of employment.
