Job Description

Asurion Insurance Services offers a part-time, in-home sales and tech support role based onsite in Little Canada, MN. This daily local travel position features an evening schedule and a compensation package that includes a base rate of $26.55 per hour, mileage reimbursement, a monthly $35 phone stipend, and sales commissions. Pay is bi-weekly, with earned pay available to access early.

Benefits

Base hourly rate of $26.55 per hour is guaranteed for all hours worked and paid bi-weekly, with the option to access earned pay early.
Uncapped commissions based on sales performance, paid bi-weekly.
Mileage reimbursement based on IRS guidelines, paid weekly.
$35 monthly phone stipend.

Responsibilities

Meet customers in their homes, at offices, or wherever they are convenient.
Asurion schedules customer interactions in advance to help you reach and surpass sales targets.
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every interaction, keeping the customer first.
Use your technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues, explaining solutions clearly for all levels of tech familiarity.
Ensure customers leave with a working resolution and a product that supports future tech needs.
Leverage Asurion’s growing product range to offer tailored solutions.
Listen actively to identify customer needs and position products accordingly.
Apply strong negotiation and communication skills to pivot effectively and secure appropriate sales.

Requirements

Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets.
Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record with at least 1 year of driving experience.
Ability to provide proof of valid car insurance (excluded: Manhattan).
Personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles). Travel up to 120 miles one-way for appointments near your inventory warehouse.
Varied 5-day work week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Personal cellphone to stay connected on the job.
Comfortable working around household pets.
Efficient, adaptable, goal-oriented, and persuasive communication skills.
Open-minded with a passion for learning a wide range of skills applicable to multiple career paths.
Naturally outgoing and comfortable engaging with people.
Flexibility to adjust work hours based on business needs and market demand.
