Job Description

Friendly Care, Inc. is hiring an IT Support Specialist to act as the first-line IT and technical support resource onsite in Newton Center, MA.

Responsibilities

Manage and support Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
Provide office IT and technical support
Support visit verification and related compliance activities
Handle field staff onboarding and deliver technical training

Requirements

Upbeat, positive attitude
Highly proficient in technology
Highly organized with strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment
Attention to detail is a must
Minimum of 1 year of office experience required
Bilingual is a plus
