Job Description

Riverhead Toyota is seeking a motivated Service Desk Receptionist to foster customer relationships, monitor rental vehicle activity, and efficiently process service checkouts on site.

Location

Riverhead, NY (onsite)

Compensation

USD 17 - 18 per hour

Responsibilities

Cultivate and sustain positive customer relationships
Track rental vehicles and maintain related records
Process service checkouts for customers at the service desk

Requirements

Effective communication and strong customer service capabilities
Experience as a receptionist
Excellent organizational skills
Proficiency with internet-based tasks and tools
Professional and positive attitude
Spanish language skills are a plus
