Job Description

Provide post-implementation technical support to clients using fraud prevention and compliance solutions as part of Jack Henry’s Financial Crimes Solutions team.

Responsibilities

Monitor customers’ daily extract, transform, and load (ETL) data processes
Investigate and resolve issues to help maintain data accuracy and completeness
Handle troubleshooting and issue resolution through cases or phone in line with service level standards
Coordinate with internal Jack Henry partners and customers to drive resolution
Follow documented departmental and corporate standards
Perform other job duties as assigned

Requirements

6 years of experience in a technical support role
4 years of experience writing queries for research in SQL Server or PostgreSQL
2 years of experience with Azure, including Azure Data Factory or SQL Server Integration Services, or similar cloud technologies
Experience researching, analyzing, and resolving complex problems
Strong communication, customer interaction, organization, and time management skills
Ability to participate in an after-hours on-call rotation

Location: Allen, TX (remote). Remote work is available for candidates living within approximately 70 miles of specified office locations.

Compensation: USD 59,750 - 80,000 per year.
