Job Description

Nan Ya PCB (U.S.A.) Corp is seeking a PCB/Substrate Engineer for Customer Service and Technical Support to join their onsite team in Santa Clara, California. The role sits at the intersection of technical knowledge and customer engagement, focusing on strengthening relationships with target clients, supporting ongoing business, and uncovering new opportunities for the Printed Circuit Board unit. This position emphasizes proactive client interaction and practical support to help grow market presence.

The role centers on delivering responsive local support, navigating customer needs with urgency, and coordinating with management to resolve issues. It also entails managing a defined set of customers and traveling as necessary, including domestic trips and occasional visits to Taiwan or China to align on projects and strengthen partnerships.

Compensation

USD 85,000 - 130,000 per year

Responsibilities

Provide timely local support to customers with a sense of urgency
Engage directly with customers and manage assigned territories
Perform sales analysis and identify new projects or applications with existing customers
Aggressively pursue PCB and Substrate business to expand market share
Travel as required, domestically and occasionally to Taiwan/China
Communicate issues to Management and support resolutions

Requirements

Experience in commercial/sales and Substrate/PCB engineering preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong presentation skills
Read/speak Mandarin
Available for training period in Taiwan as necessary
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
