Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and mentor technicians; manage scheduling and staffing levels for the repair lab.
- Direct daily operations including receiving, testing, diagnosing, repairing, and dispatching products.
- Ensure all repairs and tests comply with company standards, ISO 9001, and safety protocols.
- Serve as the technical expert for complex troubleshooting, failure analysis, and data analysis.
- Oversee calibration and maintenance of specialized test equipment.
- Track performance metrics to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
Requirements
- 3–7+ years in a technical lab or depot environment, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of four years of related experience.
- Graduate Degree with at least two years of related experience.
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of eight years of related experience.
- Knowledge of semiconductor testing, electronic troubleshooting, and Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
