Location: Anaheim, CA (onsite). Salary: USD 63,000 - 135,000 per year. Schedule: 9/80 pattern, totaling 80 hours over a two-week cycle with every other Friday off. Job Code: 37121.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and mentor technicians; manage scheduling and staffing levels for the repair lab.
  • Direct daily operations including receiving, testing, diagnosing, repairing, and dispatching products.
  • Ensure all repairs and tests comply with company standards, ISO 9001, and safety protocols.
  • Serve as the technical expert for complex troubleshooting, failure analysis, and data analysis.
  • Oversee calibration and maintenance of specialized test equipment.
  • Track performance metrics to improve efficiency and reduce errors.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years in a technical lab or depot environment, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of four years of related experience.
  • Graduate Degree with at least two years of related experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a minimum of eight years of related experience.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor testing, electronic troubleshooting, and Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
