Job Description

FirstPRO Inc. is hiring two Help Desk Support Technicians for an onsite contract in Ewing, NJ. This project-based role supports a large office move through November, offering a Monday–Friday daytime schedule, stable pay, and a W-2 arrangement. You will join a collaborative IT team and gain hands-on experience with Windows workstations, Microsoft Office, and ticketing systems during a high-impact relocation effort.

Responsibilities

Address and close user IT requests through the ticketing system.
Diagnose and fix issues across hardware, software, printers, and peripherals.
Assist with Windows workstations, Microsoft Office applications, and basic network connectivity problems.
Escalate more complex problems to the appropriate support teams when necessary.
Deliver consistent, customer-focused service and ensure timely ticket resolution.
Record troubleshooting steps and outcomes in the ticketing system for knowledge and history.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support.
Experience using ticketing systems.
Basic proficiency with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and PC hardware.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable with a customer service mindset.
