Responsibilities
- Provide phone-based support to customers installing and troubleshooting in-vehicle electronic modules.
- Identify trends and collaborate with departments to determine actions that minimize negative customer experiences.
- Deliver excellent customer service by clearly communicating vehicle needs and repair options.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose and resolve vehicle problems efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of services and repairs.
- Stay current with the latest automotive technologies, product releases, and repair techniques.
Requirements
- Understanding basic electrical principles and the ability to read schematics.
- Excellent phone communication and technical writing skills.

- Computer skills are a must; touch typing is required.
