Responsibilities
- Help manage inventory in line with departmental processes
- Carry out tasks assigned by the director of IT Support Operations as needed
- Troubleshoot a range of technical issues within the SRHC environment
- Maintain and structure the knowledgebase with effective solutions
- Escalate unresolved requests and incidents to higher support tiers
- Perform initial triage and troubleshooting for diverse technology issues
- Support login management including adds, changes, and deletions
- Assist MIS in workstation maintenance when available
- Create, update, and close tickets following the incident management workflow
- Assess impact and urgency to determine priority for incidents and requests
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid active NYS driver’s license (subject to MVR check)
- 1–2 years of direct IT or helpdesk experience
