Job Description

Sun River Health is hiring a Helpdesk Analyst I for a hybrid role in Beacon, NY. This entry-level position delivers first-line IT support, incident management, and triage while maintaining a knowledgebase and providing basic workstation and login assistance. The role is full-time, with a pay range of $23.00 to $25.24 per hour, plus a signing bonus and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support health, finances, and professional growth. The position requires up to 50% travel, a high school diploma or GED, and 1–2 years of direct IT or helpdesk experience.

Responsibilities

  • Help manage inventory in line with departmental processes
  • Carry out tasks assigned by the director of IT Support Operations as needed
  • Troubleshoot a range of technical issues within the SRHC environment
  • Maintain and structure the knowledgebase with effective solutions
  • Escalate unresolved requests and incidents to higher support tiers
  • Perform initial triage and troubleshooting for diverse technology issues
  • Support login management including adds, changes, and deletions
  • Assist MIS in workstation maintenance when available
  • Create, update, and close tickets following the incident management workflow
  • Assess impact and urgency to determine priority for incidents and requests

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid active NYS driver’s license (subject to MVR check)
  • 1–2 years of direct IT or helpdesk experience
