$23+/hr Part time Customer Service Customer Support Customer Visit

Local, part-time in-home field work that combines sales and tech support with daily travel to customer residences (onsite, not remote).

Serve: Meet customers in-home, in-office, or wherever they are, using Asurion pre-scheduled customer interactions to meet and surpass sales targets.
Serve: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the full appointment, with the customer as the top priority.
Solve: Diagnose and resolve customers’ tech issues using clear, understandable guidance for all tech skill levels.
Solve: Confirm customers leave with a resolution that works and a product aligned to their future tech needs.
Sell: Offer tailored product solutions using Asurion’s product range.
Sell: Listen actively to understand customer needs and position products to match those needs.
Sell: Apply strong negotiation and communication skills, pivot smoothly when needed, and stay highly motivated to complete appropriate sales.
Apply the Serve, Solve, Sell approach consistently while working in the field.
Support customers through conversations that reflect Asurion’s expectations: listen to customer needs, provide accurate information, and act in line with Asurion values.

Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets
Driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record and at least 1 year driving experience
Ability to provide proof of valid car insurance (excluded: Manhattan)
Personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles); appointments are in neighborhoods and cities surrounding your inventory warehouse
Maximum expected travel distance of 120 miles one-way
Ability to work a varied 5-day week schedule designed around customer availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Personal cellphone to stay connected while on the job
Comfortable working around household pets
Efficient, adaptable, goal-oriented, persuasive communication skills
Open-minded approach with a passion for learning a wide range of skills for multiple career paths
Naturally outgoing style and enjoyment of human interaction
Work hours may vary based on business needs and market demand; flexibility may be required even with a standard schedule
