Job Description

The PC Helpdesk & Support role at Compunetix focuses on delivering timely first-line assistance for technical issues involving Windows PCs. This onsite position in Monroeville, PA involves troubleshooting end-user systems, supporting network-related problems, and handling PC hardware and software installations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide PC technical support and perform troubleshooting for Windows PCs
Conduct network troubleshooting as part of resolving connectivity and related issues
Install PC hardware and software to support workstation needs
Complete additional tasks as required

Requirements

Hold a BS in a technical discipline or an Associate’s degree with relevant experience
Minimum 1 year of experience; 1–3 years as an IT Helpdesk role supporting PCs is preferred
Demonstrated experience with Windows OS; Linux experience is a plus
Understanding of networking is required
