Based in Rosemont, Illinois, Tecta America is seeking an experienced IT Help Desk professional to design, maintain, and continually improve the desktop and laptop operating environment, manage Intune, and deliver Tier 3 endpoint support for a fleet of more than 1,500 devices onsite. The role requires fluent Spanish-English communication and will be performed at the Rosemont office with occasional travel to remote sites as needed.

Position Summary: Design, maintain, and enhance the desktop and laptop operating environment for Tecta America. The role involves evaluating hardware, configuring operating systems, deploying applications, and managing the Intune environment while serving as the third level of support for the IT Helpdesk. This is a high-visibility position responsible for overseeing 1,500+ devices. Bilingual Spanish-English communication is required, as you will regularly support and collaborate with both English and Spanish speaking employees across multiple locations. The role is onsite, Monday through Friday, at the Rosemont, IL office.
Responsibilities
- Continuously research and apply endpoint management and security best practices
- Develop and manage software deployments using Intune and Patch My PC, including Win32/MSI/EXE apps, detection rules, and supersedence
- Oversee workstation OS and application patching, generate compliance reports, and handle exception management
- Administer Intune Autopilot enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and device lifecycle tasks
- Serve as Tier 3 escalation for endpoint issues, performing deep troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and durable fixes
- Support Helpdesk during overflow periods and mentor Tier 1/2 staff through documentation and knowledge transfer
- Collaborate with IT Security (including SentinelOne when applicable) to investigate endpoint alerts and drive remediation
- Maintain documentation for technical and non-technical audiences, including knowledge bases, runbooks, and how-to guides
- Participate in scheduled maintenance windows and occasional after-hours updates as required
- Travel to remote offices and acquisition sites as needed
- Undertake other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent experience
- At least eight years of IT experience
- Customer-focused attitude
- Fluent in Spanish, both spoken and written
- Extensive experience in an Active Directory environment
- Expert-level ability to troubleshoot Windows operating systems
- Knowledge of computer hardware and laptops
- Deep hands-on experience with Intune
- Expert-level experience maintaining Windows images and deployments in a distributed environment

Compensation
USD 80,000 - 90,000 per year
