This onsite role focuses on responsive support and hands-on ownership of common workplace IT needs, with a salary range of USD 50,000 to 60,000 per year.
What you’ll do
You will serve as the first point of contact for employees who run into technical issues. Using a ticketing system and direct communication channels, you’ll help resolve problems quickly and professionally while supporting day-to-day business operations.
- Provide first-level technical support for employees via ticketing system, phone, email, and in-person requests.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printing, and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
