You will earn a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 61,547 to 105,509 and provide phone and email support for wiring, commissioning and troubleshooting Siemens electrical products.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer questions daily through the Siebel ASSIST CRM in a first-in, first-out queue, aiming to respond by phone or email within two hours.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders in the electrical controls and power distribution space, including contractors, integrators, electricians, distributors, and Siemens internal teams.
- Multitask across different products throughout the day in a fast paced environment.
- Interpret operation and maintenance manuals and deliver wiring, commissioning and troubleshooting guidance to customers over the phone or by email.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and summarize conversations in Siebel ASSIST after discussions.
- Performance is evaluated through customer survey scores, knowledge sharing, team collaboration, and meeting immediate goals.
- Some after-hours availability may be required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or 1+ years of experience in the electrical power distribution field in lieu of a degree.
- Familiarity with circuit breakers and switches (residential and power), load centers, panelboards, switchboards, busway, meter combos, plus knowledge of Modbus, Profinet, and Ethernet IP.
- 1+ years of customer support experience in related industries such as industrial, construction, mechanical, or electrical sectors.
- Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship needed now or in the future.
