Job Description

Miles IT is seeking an On-Location IT Support professional to service client sites in the Memphis, TN area. This on-site position offers a salary range of $35,000–$55,000 per year and a benefits package that includes 401(k) with matching, health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, a flexible schedule, professional development assistance, tuition reimbursement, and a referral program. You will work at client locations to troubleshoot server, network, virtualization, and storage issues in the Memphis area.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site IT support at client locations in the Memphis, TN area.
Troubleshoot server, network, virtualization, and storage issues.
Address intermittent and complex problems that require thorough diagnostics and persistence.

About the IT Support Team

The support team is organized into two groups: first responders who receive and promptly triage requests, and a reinforcements group that handles deeper technical troubleshooting when necessary.
