Job Description
Miles IT is seeking an On-Location IT Support professional to service client sites in the Memphis, TN area. This on-site position offers a salary range of $35,000–$55,000 per year and a benefits package that includes 401(k) with matching, health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, a flexible schedule, professional development assistance, tuition reimbursement, and a referral program. You will work at client locations to troubleshoot server, network, virtualization, and storage issues in the Memphis area.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site IT support at client locations in the Memphis, TN area.
- Troubleshoot server, network, virtualization, and storage issues.
- Address intermittent and complex problems that require thorough diagnostics and persistence.

- Ability to diagnose and fix complex hardware and software issues for desktops, servers, cloud services, and networks.

About the IT Support Team
- The support team is organized into two groups: first responders who receive and promptly triage requests, and a reinforcements group that handles deeper technical troubleshooting when necessary.
