In Medford, Oregon, Vesigo Studios is seeking an onsite Technical Support Specialist to assist its business software users. The role emphasizes strong product knowledge, prompt issue resolution, and guiding clients to optimize their workflows while delivering reliable customer service.

The position focuses on delivering expert B2B software support, diagnosing and solving technical issues, and helping corporate clients get the most from Vesigo’s solutions through thoughtful guidance and clear communication.

Responsibilities

B2B client support: Respond to technical inquiries from business customers by phone and email, guiding them through installation, operation, and performance concerns.
Technical problem solving: Diagnose issues and provide clear, actionable guidance to ensure proper implementation of solutions.
Software operational optimization: Advise clients on best practices to maximize software usage in daily operations, improving efficiency and productivity.
Software knowledge: Maintain thorough understanding of Vesigo Studios' product suite and stay up to date with relevant updates and features.
Documentation and reporting: Record interactions and issues in the CRM system and share feedback or trend reports with the product team.
Feedback loop and product enhancement: Collect client input to inform product improvements that address evolving B2B needs.
Escalation management: Handle complex issues through a structured escalation process, keeping clients informed throughout.

Requirements

1-3 years of technical support experience, preferably in a B2B software company.
Solid understanding of software applications and IT infrastructure in a B2B context.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Experience with CRM systems and support ticketing platforms.
Technical support: 1 year (Required).
Phone etiquette: 1 year (Required).
Technical writing: 1 year (Required).
Customer support: 2 years (Required).
Bachelor's degree preferred.

Additional Details

Hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, with potential raises based on proficiency in solving software and technical issues
