Job Description

Infosys invites you to join the onsite Indianapolis team as a Senior Process Associate - Technical Helpdesk. This role delivers technical support across PeopleSoft (TeamWorks), HCM, Financials, and ESS, handling data entry, service requests, and CRM-based customer communications. You’ll operate in a collaborative, customer-focused environment that supports essential business systems and workflows. This onsite opportunity in Indianapolis also involves hands-on work with a range of technologies used by our helpdesk teams.

Technologies you will use include PeopleSoft, Concur, Oracle CRM, P28 Platform 28, Workday, and the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) along with Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for customers needing assistance with PeopleSoft (TeamWorks) applications, including HCM, Financials, and ESS (Employee Self Service).
Address SOG (State of Georgia) travel inquiries and requests.
Demonstrate the ability to listen, comprehend, and communicate effectively with customers to convey information.
Review employees’ records, input information, and apply data entry to PeopleSoft HCM and Financials modules, and the Concur system for State Travel employees.
Log interactions using the P28 (Platform 28) call center application to answer voice calls and respond to Service Requests ranging from routine to complex inquiries.
Utilize Oracle CRM to evaluate customer comments and attachments, and craft detailed written responses toward service requests.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in a helpdesk.
