Support students with everyday technology needs in a part-time, non-permanent role with hybrid work options at Grays Harbor College.

Assist students with technical support requests through Zoom, email, and phone
Provide solutions and practical guidance for technical issues
Follow FERPA guidelines to keep PII confidential
Maintain daily logs of support activity
Use problem solving and critical thinking to complete assigned tasks

Show friendliness, warmth, and acceptance to all individuals
Communicate clearly and effectively with individuals and groups
Demonstrate strong written communication, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation
Be familiar with Microsoft Office 365, ctcLink, Canvas, and email
Work independently
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times
Multi-task and prioritize
Pay close attention to detail
