Role Overview

As a Production Service Specialist III, you will support, maintain, and troubleshoot applications deployed in Financial Centers. The role emphasizes analyzing intricate production problems, driving them to resolution, and acting as an escalation point for technical troubleshooting, code review, and database updates. You will collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, and Support teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions that ensure reliability and performance.

Requirements

7+ years of Core Java programming experience
Strong experience with JavaScript
HTML
C / C++
Robust debugging and application troubleshooting skills
Oracle SQL / PL/SQL
General understanding of relational databases
Ability to analyze and update database records
Experience supporting production database issues
