Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for colleagues seeking tech support, diagnosing problems and delivering timely, effective resolutions.
Assist internal users with technology needs, including computers, software, peripherals, and telecommunications equipment.
Communicate clearly to provide guidance and solutions that meet colleagues' technology requirements.
Report to the Helpdesk Supervisor in the Technology Solutions Department and collaborate with team members.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience troubleshooting computers and end-user technology, with a minimum of 2,000+ hours of hands-on experience.
In-depth MS Windows knowledge is essential.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 user administration is required.
Experience in hardware troubleshooting.
A basic understanding of networking principles is beneficial.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good organization and interpersonal skills.
