Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for colleagues seeking tech support, diagnosing problems and delivering timely, effective resolutions.
- Assist internal users with technology needs, including computers, software, peripherals, and telecommunications equipment.
- Communicate clearly to provide guidance and solutions that meet colleagues' technology requirements.
- Report to the Helpdesk Supervisor in the Technology Solutions Department and collaborate with team members.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience troubleshooting computers and end-user technology, with a minimum of 2,000+ hours of hands-on experience.
- In-depth MS Windows knowledge is essential.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 user administration is required.
- Experience in hardware troubleshooting.
- A basic understanding of networking principles is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good organization and interpersonal skills.
