Onsite Help Desk Technician for ServIT Inc at a customer site in Ball Ground, GA.

Perform on site support at the customer site in Ball Ground, GA.
Deliver on site technical assistance to end users and devices.
Assist with imaging tasks to deploy systems.
Manage password procedures and resets for user accounts.
Oversee mobile endpoint management and related configurations.
Provide phone system support and related communications tooling.
Collaborate closely with the in house development team to ensure alignment.
Operate as a technology focused role with direct responsibility for support, engineering, uptime and integrity of the customer environment.
Apply hands on expertise to deliver advanced support and share knowledge across technology domains.
Provide server related support and administration.
Remediate client tickets to resolution and document actions taken.
Follow company and department processes and procedures.
Communicate proactively with team, management, project management and the client to document issues, clarify solutions, and resolve with appropriate urgency.
Maintain client satisfaction and accountability through resolution, including delegation or hand off as needed.

Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft desktop operating systems including Windows 7 through Windows 10.
Working knowledge of IT security concepts including malware remediation using antivirus and endpoint security tools.
At least 2 years of experience with business productivity applications such as Microsoft Office, Office365, and G Suite.
Two or more years of experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2008-2016 operating systems.
Proficiency with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and server roles and services.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange Server and Exchange Online.
Two years of LAN/WAN networking experience including TCIP/IP, Subnet, VLAN, Site-to-Site VPN, and remote management tools.
Working knowledge of virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
Basic knowledge of MacOS.
