Responsibilities

Handle technical support calls from internal and external service technicians, installers, customers, and sales staff
Process parts order calls and emails, including part lookup, identification, and order processing
Provide post-sales technical support, including equipment troubleshooting and applications assistance by phone and email
Maintain excellent customer service and a professional demeanor at all times
Log results of all calls in the service notes system
Provide requested information such as submittal drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation recommendations
Follow up on inquiries to ensure job completion and customer satisfaction
Approve and process warranty orders as needed
Participate in special projects and training as directed by management

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of HVAC or electrical knowledge; commercial/industrial experience preferred
Ability to thoroughly read electrical schematics
Strong customer service skills
Capacity to work under pressure and multitask
Professional verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency with computers
Strong problem-solving abilities
This is an in-office role, not remote

Location and Compensation

Location: Bedford, PA — on-site, non-remote

Salary: USD 65,000 - 95,000 per year, base with potential monthly bonus based on productivity and profits. Negotiable based on experience.
