Responsibilities

  • Handle technical support calls from internal and external service technicians, installers, customers, and sales staff
  • Process parts order calls and emails, including part lookup, identification, and order processing
  • Provide post-sales technical support, including equipment troubleshooting and applications assistance by phone and email
  • Maintain excellent customer service and a professional demeanor at all times
  • Log results of all calls in the service notes system
  • Provide requested information such as submittal drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation recommendations
  • Follow up on inquiries to ensure job completion and customer satisfaction
  • Approve and process warranty orders as needed
  • Participate in special projects and training as directed by management

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of HVAC or electrical knowledge; commercial/industrial experience preferred
  • Ability to thoroughly read electrical schematics
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Capacity to work under pressure and multitask
  • Professional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency with computers
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • This is an in-office role, not remote

Location and Compensation

Location: Bedford, PA β€” on-site, non-remote

Salary: USD 65,000 - 95,000 per year, base with potential monthly bonus based on productivity and profits. Negotiable based on experience.
