Job Description

Electronic Repair Unlimited is seeking a part-time Technical Support Analyst to join its on-site IT team in Dothan, Alabama. In this role, you will deliver hands-on technical support and troubleshooting across software, hardware, networks, and security, helping diagnose and resolve issues quickly while supporting a growing group of users.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Install and configure computer systems and networks.
Maintain and upgrade existing systems and networks.
Provide technical support to users.
Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures.
Monitor system performance and security.
Research new technologies and products.

Requirements

Windows experience: 1 year (Preferred)
