Technical Support Analyst

Electronic Repair Unlimited is seeking a part-time Technical Support Analyst to join its on-site IT team in Dothan, Alabama. In this role, you will deliver hands-on technical support and troubleshooting across software, hardware, networks, and security, helping diagnose and resolve issues quickly while supporting a growing group of users.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Install and configure computer systems and networks.
• Maintain and upgrade existing systems and networks.
• Provide technical support to users.
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures.
• Monitor system performance and security.
• Research new technologies and products.
