Job Description

StoneAge Tools is hiring an IT Support Analyst to deliver reliable, day-to-day technical assistance to employees across the organization. This onsite role in Durango, CO supports an active Windows-based environment, with a focus on end-user computing, workstation and account administration, and IT operations.

You will be part of a team that prioritizes customer service, accountability, and practical problem-solving. The work spans routine helpdesk support and hands-on troubleshooting, while helping maintain secure, well-documented systems for internal users.

What you’ll do

Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for onsite and remote employees
Support Windows client systems and servers
Configure, deploy, image, and troubleshoot workstations
Support Microsoft 365 applications for end users
Manage user accounts using least-privilege principles
Assist with basic network and VPN troubleshooting
Help identify and escalate potential security incidents
Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system
Support IT projects and technology rollouts

What you bring

3-5 years of IT support or helpdesk experience (minimum 3 years)
Experience supporting Windows and Microsoft 365
Basic networking and cybersecurity knowledge
Strong communication and customer service skills

Tools and technologies

Windows

Compensation and schedule

Location: Durango, CO (onsite)
Pay: USD 25 - 30 per hour
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Travel: Occasional travel (less than 25%)
