UTS Systems, LLC is hiring a Desktop Support Analyst to deliver hands-on desktop support and on-site troubleshooting across company locations.

Install and maintain computer-related equipment.
Provide desktop support across office locations via telephone, email, remote administration, and face-to-face contact.
Support and align with company data backup policies.
Review help desk tickets for content accuracy, proper routing, first-call resolution, problem detection, and timely closure.
Support end-user devices by enrolling and administering devices in the Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform.
Assist with device configuration and compliance within the MDM platform.
Follow information systems operational processes and procedures.
Adhere to cybersecurity policies and procedures.
Follow ISO/NIST policies and procedures.
Provide after-hours support as needed.
Support operations with limited travel to company facilities when required.

Desktop support and systems administration experience in a Windows environment.
Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
Ability to analyze information and apply problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

On-site role reporting directly to the IT Manager.
Primary location: headquarters in Fairfield, VA.
Company facilities: Fairfield, VA; Waynesboro, VA; Fort Walton Beach, FL; Massillon, OH.

Work location: In person

Pay: USD 40,000 - 45,000 per year
