Job Description

Join Intuitive Machines LLC as an onsite IT Help Desk & Systems Administrator supporting end-user technology and day-to-day IT infrastructure for mission-critical aerospace work.

Responsibilities

Deliver Tier I and Tier II technical support for hardware, software, networking, and system-related incidents
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve break-fix issues in a timely manner
Manage and update support tickets in the IT service management system to support SLA compliance
Support end-user devices including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, conference room technology, and engineering workstations
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems, business applications, and endpoint software
Administer user accounts, security groups, permissions, and access in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
Assist with administration and maintenance of Windows servers, including file shares and print services
Support core services such as DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy, plus virtualization environments
Perform workstation imaging, deployments, software installs, patch management, and endpoint updates
Support server, network, UPS, and rack-mounted hardware installations, upgrades, and replacements
Coordinate hardware repairs and warranty support with vendors when required
Monitor system health, perform routine maintenance, and assist with backup and recovery operations
Document troubleshooting steps, system configurations, and knowledge base articles
Maintain accurate inventory for IT hardware, software licenses, and equipment

Requirements

3+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, systems administration, or a combination of both
Strong troubleshooting experience with Windows environments, including computer hardware, operating systems, and enterprise software
Experience administering Active Directory and Microsoft 365, including Azure AD / Entra ID and user account lifecycle management
Experience supporting Windows Server environments, Group Policy, file and print services, and endpoint management tools
Familiarity with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V (preferred)
Networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, switching, and wireless networking
Experience working with ticketing systems and IT service management platforms
Understanding of NIST 800-171 and CMMC compliance requirements
Familiarity with Jira (plus)
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for server, rack, UPS, and infrastructure installation support
