On-site contract-to-hire Help Desk Specialist IV in Poway, CA, focusing on Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and LAN and network support.

Deliver technical support for Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems.
Provide assistance for Microsoft 365 services and configurations.
Work with local area network technologies to maintain connectivity and performance.
Troubleshoot core networking services including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
Understand and manage network switches and VLANs.

100 percent onsite work in Poway, CA
3 to 6 month contract-to-hire engagement
