Job Description

Dynamic N/C, LLC presents an onsite Junior IT Support Specialist role based in Rose Hill, Kansas. The position provides first-line technical assistance across office and production environments, focusing on ticket triage, end-user troubleshooting, account provisioning, and device management. The role works closely with the Systems Administrator and IT Manager in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company; this is not a remote position.

Responsibilities

Ticket triage and issue resolution across software, operating systems, printers, user accounts, and general workstation problems.
Deliver friendly, effective user support to employees on office and production floors.
Assist with creating and managing user accounts in directory and cloud environments under guided supervision.
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and perform basic network troubleshooting.
Maintain accurate ticket notes, updates, and procedural documentation.
Collaborate with the Systems Administrator and IT Manager on daily tasks and projects.
Occasional after-hours work may be required, including rare overnight or weekend shifts when operational needs arise.

Requirements

1 year of help desk or desktop support experience.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 environments.
Availability to work 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed.
High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
Strong dependability, self-motivation, and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and understandably.
Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
Ability to walk production floors, work from ladders or lifts, and perform hands-on physical tasks.
Must pass a background check as a condition of employment.
