Job Description

Rivkin Radler LLP in Uniondale, NY is seeking a Technical Support/Service Desk Specialist to handle end-user IT needs, offering hardware and software support, deployment imaging, and user configuration tasks within a hybrid in-office and remote work setup. Responsibilities

Respond to end-user technical issues and follow through to resolution.
Provide hardware support and troubleshooting.
Offer software support and assistance.
Manage deployment imaging and user configuration tasks.
Handle onboarding and offboarding of users.
Coordinate equipment moves and installations.
Support mobile devices.
Set up audio/video meetings in conference rooms.
Participate in internal projects as assigned.

Requirements

Excellent oral and written communication, strong organizational skills, time management, and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
Minimum of 3 years of experience with Windows 11 and Office 365.
Familiarity with legal applications, document management, financial software, review platforms, or similar systems is a plus.
Analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting end-user issues.
An information technology degree or related certifications are preferred but not required.

Hybrid Hours

Hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Minimum of three days per week in the Uniondale office, with two days remote, and a rotating on-call schedule.
