Technical Support/Service Desk Specialist
Job Description
Rivkin Radler LLP in Uniondale, NY is seeking a Technical Support/Service Desk Specialist to handle end-user IT needs, offering hardware and software support, deployment imaging, and user configuration tasks within a hybrid in-office and remote work setup. The role carries a salary range of USD 55,000 to 65,000 per year and emphasizes proactive assistance, onboarding and offboarding processes, device moves, and A/V meeting setup as part of daily responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Respond to end-user technical issues and follow through to resolution.
- Provide hardware support and troubleshooting.
- Offer software support and assistance.
- Manage deployment imaging and user configuration tasks.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding of users.
- Coordinate equipment moves and installations.
- Support mobile devices.
- Set up audio/video meetings in conference rooms.
- Participate in internal projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication, strong organizational skills, time management, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Windows 11 and Office 365.
- Familiarity with legal applications, document management, financial software, review platforms, or similar systems is a plus.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting end-user issues.
- An information technology degree or related certifications are preferred but not required.

Hybrid Hours
Hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Minimum of three days per week in the Uniondale office, with two days remote, and a rotating on-call schedule.
