Job Description

This 2nd shift, in-office Technical Support Representative role in Vandalia, OH provides remote diagnostics, troubleshooting, and ticket resolution support for customers and licensed installers nationwide.

What you'll do

Serve as a technical resource for customers and licensed installers across the country
Handle inbound HVAC technical support calls
Remotely diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems
Review installation scenarios to identify root causes
Manage and resolve support tickets in our system
Provide clear, step-by-step troubleshooting guidance
Document all technical cases accurately
Escalate complex cases when appropriate
Contribute to internal technical documentation and best practices

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of hands-on HVAC field experience
Strong residential HVAC troubleshooting skills
Ability to clearly explain technical concepts
Comfortable working on a computer while handling calls
Strong documentation and organizational skills
