Job Description

The IT Helpdesk Analyst delivers frontline IT support for internal staff, clients, and partners, resolving issues via on-site, phone, or remote assistance while managing user accounts and infrastructure from the Warwick, RI office.

Responsibilities

Deliver helpdesk support to internal staff, clients, and partners via on-site, phone, or remote troubleshooting
Provide customer support for enterprise PCs, VoIP systems, and mobile devices
Advocate adherence to IT policies and best practices
Configure and manage user accounts using Active Directory and related proprietary systems
Provision, install, and support infrastructure components including switches, firewalls, access points, PCs, printers, and scanners
Analyze and monitor systems and review relevant reports
Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

Candidates must reside within a commutable distance of the Warwick, RI office
