$25+/hr Full time Application Support Av Support Customer Support

On-site IT support role for Saatva in New York, three days per week (Tuesday through Thursday), delivering in-person customer service.

Serve as the primary IT support contact during business hours on Tuesday through Thursday at the Whitestone office.
Troubleshoot and resolve Okta issues including authentication and single sign-on.
Troubleshoot and resolve Google Workspace issues, including Gmail, Drive, Docs, and Sheets.
Troubleshoot and resolve Slack issues related to collaboration and messaging.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with payment processing systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with conference room AV systems.
Escalate unresolved problems to higher-level support teams when necessary.
Document issues and resolutions in the IT ticketing system.
Proactively identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
Maintain a professional demeanor and deliver high-quality customer service.

Familiarity with Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and payment systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
Experience supporting remote teams.
Basic knowledge of IT ticketing systems or help desk tools.
