Job Description

TELE RADIO AMERICA LLC is seeking an Inside Sales and Tech Support Representative to assist distributors and customers across the Americas with sales guidance and technical help for Radio Remote Controls. This on-site role is based in Davie, Florida, with an initial North Miami location and a permanent Davie assignment starting August 1, 2026. Compensation is a fixed salary in the range of USD 40,000 to 60,000 per year, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide sales support to our distributors and customers in America.
Perform inside sales duties, answering emails and phone inquiries from customers requesting information about our products.
Conduct online research to identify new markets and companies potentially interested in using our products.
Follow up and provide support to our Reps and customers.
Receive thorough training on the applications, configuration, and use of our Radio Remote Controls.

Requirements

Knowledge of Electronics and/or Industrial electricity is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent with computers and the use of new technologies.
Advanced IT knowledge is a plus and would help with IT requirements of the company.
Bilingual English-Spanish or English-Portuguese preferred.
The candidate must be very active, self-driven, with effective interpersonal and listening skills and the motivation and capacity to understand the company’s product.
This job requires a flexible, motivated person capable of multitasking.
Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background checks required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.

Job Description

This onsite position in Schaumburg, IL, supports MOTOTRBO and related products for customers in North and Latin America, handling pre- and post-sales inquiries and delivering problem solving and clear communication to ensure a high-quality customer experience. Salary is USD 60,000–65,000 per year.

Responsibilities

Lead the customer experience by handling technical support requests from first contact through final resolution, upholding expectations and service quality.
Provide expert troubleshooting via phone and email, using technical tools to reproduce system configurations and resolve complex issues.
Serve as a primary cross-department liaison, communicating clearly in both written and spoken English to connect customers with internal teams.
Apply analytical reasoning and IP networking knowledge to diagnose problems in a fast-paced, customer-facing technical setting.
Maintain flexible schedule coverage to support regional partners during shifts of 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM or 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.
Apply expertise in Radio Communication Systems (Trunking/Conventional), VoIP, and Windows or Linux to enhance support delivery.
Utilize certifications such as ITIL, A+, or Network+ and ServiceNow CRM experience to streamline operations and uphold best practices.

2+ years of technical support experience
Strong written and spoken English communication
