Inside Sales/Tech Support Representative (fixed salary)

TELE RADIO AMERICA LLC is seeking an Inside Sales and Tech Support Representative to assist distributors and customers across the Americas with sales guidance and technical help for Radio Remote Controls. This on-site role is based in Davie, Florida, with an initial North Miami location and a permanent Davie assignment starting August 1, 2026. Compensation is a fixed salary in the range of USD 40,000 to 60,000 per year, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support to our distributors and customers in America.
• Perform inside sales duties, answering emails and phone inquiries from customers requesting information about our products.
• Conduct online research to identify new markets and companies potentially interested in using our products.
• Follow up and provide support to our Reps and customers.
• Receive thorough training on the applications, configuration, and use of our Radio Remote Controls.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Electronics and/or Industrial electricity is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent with computers and the use of new technologies.
• Advanced IT knowledge is a plus and would help with IT requirements of the company.
• Bilingual English-Spanish or English-Portuguese preferred.
• The candidate must be very active, self-driven, with effective interpersonal and listening skills and the motivation and capacity to understand the company’s product.
• This job requires a flexible, motivated person capable of multitasking.
• Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background checks required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
