Responsibilities
- Meet customers at their homes, offices, or other locations, with Asurion pre-scheduling visits to help you meet and exceed sales targets.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout every interaction, consistently placing the customer first.
- Apply your technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues, offering clear, user-friendly solutions for customers with varying levels of tech know-how.
- Ensure customers leave with a working resolution and a product that supports their future technology needs.
- Present Asurion’s expanding product lineup to tailor solutions to individual customer situations.
- Listen attentively to identify customer needs and position products in ways that address those needs.
- Utilize negotiation and communication skills to pivot smoothly and secure appropriate sales outcomes.
Requirements
- Comfort with a sales environment and meeting set targets.
- A valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record with at least 1 year of driving experience.
- Ability to provide proof of valid car insurance (excluding Manhattan).
- A personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles). Travel will be to neighborhoods and cities surrounding the inventory warehouse, with a maximum one-way distance of 120 miles.
- A varied five-day workweek schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A personal cellphone to stay connected while on the job.

Part-Time Schedule
- This is a part-time position with required afternoon and evening availability.
- Most roles follow a standard five-day schedule from 4:05 PM to 9:00 PM, with end times varying by customer needs.
- In select markets, a flexible 4+ day option may be available.
- The flexible option requires at least 25 hours per week across four days, with at least one weekend day. Shifts run from 12:05 PM to 9:00 PM, and you may start as late as 4:00 PM, but must remain available until 9:00 PM on scheduled days.
