Job Description

This onsite position in Schaumburg, IL, supports MOTOTRBO and related products for customers in North and Latin America, handling pre- and post-sales inquiries and delivering problem solving and clear communication to ensure a high-quality customer experience. Salary is USD 60,000–65,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the customer experience by handling technical support requests from first contact through final resolution, upholding expectations and service quality.
  • Provide expert troubleshooting via phone and email, using technical tools to reproduce system configurations and resolve complex issues.
  • Serve as a primary cross-department liaison, communicating clearly in both written and spoken English to connect customers with internal teams.
  • Apply analytical reasoning and IP networking knowledge to diagnose problems in a fast-paced, customer-facing technical setting.
  • Maintain flexible schedule coverage to support regional partners during shifts of 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM or 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.
  • Apply expertise in Radio Communication Systems (Trunking/Conventional), VoIP, and Windows or Linux to enhance support delivery.
  • Utilize certifications such as ITIL, A+, or Network+ and ServiceNow CRM experience to streamline operations and uphold best practices.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of technical support experience
  • Strong written and spoken English communication
  • IP networking knowledge
  • Flexibility to work shifts 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM or 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday
  • Technical expertise in Radio Communication Systems (Trunking/Conventional), VoIP, or Windows/Linux
  • Industry certifications ITIL, A+, or Network+, and ServiceNow CRM experience
