Job Description

Oishi's Property Management in Honolulu is seeking a Tech Support and FileMaker professional who can blend database development with accounting and administrative duties. This on-site role lives in Honolulu, requires a 808-area-code phone number, and includes a mandatory relocation to the 96814 area before starting. The position combines technical problem solving with user-focused interface design to support property operations.

Responsibilities

Develop and customize FileMaker solutions, including layouts, scripts, and calculations.
Design and optimize MySQL and relational databases.
Apply UX/UI best practices to layouts, spacing, and user flows to improve usability.
Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; implement front-end interfaces.
Create visually appealing, intuitive interfaces.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency with MS Word and Excel; typing speed at least 45 wpm and 10-key by touch.
Deliver customer service with clear verbal and written communication.
Exhibit leadership and managerial capabilities.
Handle general accounting and routine office duties.
Maintain overall technical and computer proficiency.

Requirements

Tech Support and FileMaker experience.
Some accounting and administrative background.
Must reside in Honolulu, HI with a 808 area code phone number.
Ability to relocate to Honolulu, HI 96814 before starting work (Required).
Ability to commute to Honolulu, HI 96814 (Required).
