Join MIFAB in Chicago as a Mechanical Engineer, Technical Support. Responsibilities
- Create Bills of Materials (BOMs) and assist with product technical questions.
- Work with engineering drawings, blueprints, and building plan layouts.
- Apply knowledge of plumbing or related experience.
- Absorb new information quickly and be open to ongoing training.
- Interact directly with customers, including general contractors and building engineers.
Requirements
- BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering strongly preferred or actively pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience with CAD software (BIM, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Revit), with a preference for at least two years.
- High energy with a sense of urgency to complete tasks.
- Well organized with a strong work ethic, ability to multi-task, and comfort working in a fast paced environment to meet customer expectations.
- Desire to learn and be self-driven.

Compensation
Annual base salary: $50,000 – $60,000, based on experience. The listing also reflects a range of $49,160.27 – $59,203.77 per year.
