In this onsite role, you will support Brivo Access for channel partners and customers while helping shape the technical direction of the iOS platform. Work location, schedule, and collaboration
This is a high-volume, call-center-based position based at the Amsterdam office. Shifts run Monday through Friday, and the role requires being in the office five days a week. While the team is global, Brivo is prioritizing candidates located in the DMV area (DC, Maryland, Virginia) or Austin, Texas to support high-bandwidth collaboration.
Responsibilities
In your day-to-day work as a Technical Support Agent (Access), you will handle support across multiple communication channels and coordinate with internal teams to keep cases moving.
- Accept support requests from several channels including chat, phone, and email
- Manage multiple cases effectively using Zoho Desk ticketing system
- Provide technical support to the Inside Sales and Sales Engineering teams
- Test and evaluate new technologies
- Develop camera support files
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Dutch is an advantage; other languages are a plus
- Familiarity with Physical Access Control Systems
- Understanding of electronics and low-voltage wiring
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service mindset
- Professional and pleasant telephone manner
- Ability to explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical employees and customers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate networking knowledge
- Intermediate Linux knowledge
- Experience with phone support or technical support is an advantage

Compensation and benefits
USD 18–21 per hour (hourly). Brivo also offers competitive medical, vision, and dental plans, including company-offset premiums, plus a 401k with company match. You will also earn accrued Paid Time Off (PTO).
